BPI Experts performs assessments of each of the seven elements of operational excellence. The assessments provide an objective score that can be used as a baseline for subsequent assessment of progress. The assessment scores can also be used to benchmark with internal departments and companies with multiple locations.

We provide a detailed report of the assessment and recommendations to address the gaps identified in the assessment.
